1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CaribServ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

CaribServ connects customers with service providers. We are a marketplace platform and are not a party to agreements between customers and providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account.

4. Provider Obligations

Providers must hold all necessary licenses and certifications for their trade. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, pricing, and the quality of services they deliver.

5. Payments & Fees

Free listings are available at no cost. Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments for services between customers and providers are handled directly between the parties unless using CaribServ's escrow system.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post false or misleading information, harass other users, use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or create fake reviews.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and providers should first be resolved through CaribServ's dispute resolution system. CaribServ may mediate but is not obligated to resolve all disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

CaribServ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to the quality of services provided by listed professionals.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
